Description

Cotton Tree Cottage is a house built in 1751, with some alterations. It is constructed of pebbledashed rubble and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The windows are modern and have plain reveals. The door, located between the bays, features a cyma-moulded surround. Above the door is a plaque inscribed with 'TWM 1751'. There are chimneys at each end of the cottage.
