Description

No. 14, Second Terrace is a house that was converted from an 18th century warehouse. It is built of pebbledashed rubble and has a slate roof. The building has three storeys and three bays. The windows are modern, featuring glazing bars and plain reveals. The central bay includes a two-storey timber porch with a first-floor bay window. There are chimneys at both ends of the building. It is listed for its historical significance related to Sunderland Point, which was one of the ports of Lancaster.
