Description
Plane Tree House is a house that is said to have a lintel dated 1712. The exterior is pebbledashed and features a modern tile roof. The house has a two-unit plan with a central gabled porch and gable stacks, and it stands two storeys tall. On each side of the porch, there are three-light rebated and chamfered mullioned windows, with a similar window to the right on the first floor. At the far right, there is a one-light rebated and chamfered fire window, with a similar window on the first floor. To the left on the first floor, there is a six-pane sash window with plain reveals. The rear outshut has mullioned windows in the left-hand gable, including one rebated and chamfered window with three lights on the ground floor and one chamfered window with two lights on the first floor. There are later wings at the rear.
