Description

This is a boundary stone located approximately 130 metres north of Lower Bank House Farmhouse. Its age is uncertain, and it is made of sandstone, which is significantly eroded. The stone is roughly cross-shaped and is similar to, but smaller than, the 19th-century stone to the south known as Askell's Cross. Part of this boundary stone is situated in Thurnham Civil Parish.
