Description

No. 4 New Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the late 18th century and has undergone alterations in the 19th and mid-20th centuries. The building is rendered and features a slate roof. It stands three storeys high and has one bay. The ground floor is dominated by a 20th-century shop front that spans the full width of the building. The upper storeys have glazing bar sash windows with plain reveals and projecting sills. To the right of each upper window, the outline of a smaller blocked window opening is visible through the render.
