Description

The remains of a cross, located approximately 10 metres south of the Church of St. Helen, are likely from the medieval period. Made of sandstone, the top of the base is roughly square and features a socket for a rectangular shaft that tapers with chamfered edges. The upper part of the shaft is missing. This cross was once used as a sundial base, although the sundial plate has since been removed.
