Description
Red House Bridge Number 68 is a canal bridge located on the Leeds - Liverpool Canal, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of stone and features an elliptical arch supported by voussoirs and a keystone. The bridge has a band and parapets with rounded tops, as well as plain pilasters at each end. There is a segmental recess at the waterline under the north end of the span.
