Description

This is an early 19th-century lodge constructed of coursed rubble with dressed quoins, topped by a slate roof. It is a single-story building, one room wide and two deep. The front elevation features a door on the right side, incorporating six sunk panels with raised and fielded centres, a radiating fanlight, an architrave surround with imposts, and a keyblock. To its left is a tripartite window with a stepped head and stone mullions, divided into eight panes per light. A pyramid roof with ridge tiles covers the structure, and a central stone stack rises from the ridge. A side elevation has two matching windows.
