Description

These railings, approximately 22 meters long, are located in the garden of number 60 on Bolton Road in Ashton in Makerfield. They date from around 1830 and are made of cast iron. The ornamental design features interlaced bars, and there is a gate at the right-hand end, which is a 20th-century replacement. These railings are included in the listing for their group value.
