Brick with terracotta dressings. 8 x 4 bays with 1 storey. Red brick with blue brick plinth, yellow brick bands and yellow terracotta dressings. Above it rises an octagonal corner feature with cupola set back behind a parapet which echoed that of the mill water-tower. Other elevations use a similar architectural vocabulary.
