Description
Bowgreen Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed with Flemish bond brickwork and topped with a slate roof. The building features a single-depth central-entrance plan, with a parallel roofed range extending behind the right-hand unit. It stands two storeys high, except for a small lean-to. The central entrance is framed by a moulded surround and includes a 20th-century door. On either side of the entrance are window openings with cambered brick arches and stone sills, which contain paired sash windows with glazing bars. The two first-floor openings are similar, but they have flat heads. The farmhouse also has gable stacks.
