Description
No. 9 Broadcarr Lane is a house built in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and has a slate roof. The house features a double-depth design with two bays and three storeys, along with a porch on the left gable. The porch has been altered in the 20th century and now has a flat roof, but it still retains its square-cut door surround. There are a total of six 5-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows, although four of the mullions have been removed. The house has gable stacks and a rendered gable. At the rear, there is a similar window, with a 20th-century door and window inserted on the first floor.
