The former King's Arms Public House is a building from the early to mid-19th century, standing three storeys tall and constructed of brick. It features four windows, one of which is blocked, and has rusticated lintels with keystones, without any glazing bars. The shop front includes plain pilasters and a fascia. There is a similar later 19th-century extension that rises up the slope of the hill, also three storeys high with two windows. The former public house is part of a visual group with Nos. 26 and 28 Bridge Street Brow and No. 1 Great Underbank.
