  1. Circa 1905. Late Gothic style. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Senior School of 2 storeys with 2-storey canted bay and 2 bays of 1 storey. Mullion and transom windows with leaded lights. Range of 4 gables. Stone-capped plinth. Junior School building of 1 tall storey, similar style. Centre block of 2 storeys and similar materials, has been modernised. Built as part of the church complex of George Fearn, a brewer, and included as such.
