Description
The entrance gates, piers, flanking walls, and railings of Weaste Cemetery date from 1887. The cemetery features cast-iron railings on the east and west sides, which flank the approach and are topped with spiked ball finials and supported by curved struts. These railings connect to a low stone concave wall that carries additional cast-iron railings between stone piers. The central area includes cast-iron entrance gates and foot gates on either side, although the central gate piers are partly demolished.
