Description
The Rusden Memorial in Weaste Cemetery is a Grade II listed memorial dedicated to members of the Rusden family, dating from around 1870. It is constructed of stone and features a stepped base that supports a canopy. This canopy is adorned with trefoiled arches, which are held up by engaged shafts. At the top, there is a stepped spirelet with a cross finial. The solid arches contain memorial stones that commemorate family members who passed away in the later years of the 19th century. This memorial is part of an important group of monuments within the cemetery.
