Description
Stockfield Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed with hammer-dressed stone and a brick gable end, topped with a graduated stone slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan featuring two bays and three storeys. The central entrance is framed by a dressed door surround, with windows on either side that have square-cut stone surrounds. On the first and second floors, there are two 3-light recessed chamfered mullion windows. The farmhouse also has gable chimney stacks and additional 2, 3, and 4-light windows on the sides and rear, which match the style of the front windows.
