Description
Nos. 110 and 112 on Market Street are a pair of houses, now used as offices, built around 1860. They are constructed of brick with stucco dressings and feature a hipped slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of six bays. They have a stone base and a top cornice. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars, except for the window in the fifth bay on the first floor, which lacks glazing bars. The entrances are segmental-headed with inset Doric doorcases that include overlights and four fielded-panel doors. There are two stacks paired across the ridge and additional return lateral stacks. The left return, which faces the church, has a large canted two-storey bay. These buildings are included for their group value.
