Description
This is a terrace of four houses located at 6-10 and 12A Park Row, built around 1830. The houses are constructed from coursed and squared stone and feature slate roofs. The terrace is two storeys high and has a four-window range. To the right, there is a wide advanced gable for No. 12A, which has a single window. The windows have largely been renewed but remain in their original openings, featuring wedge lintels, with an earlier four-pane sash window still present at No. 12A. The doorways have plain architraves, and there are end wall stacks. The interior has not been inspected. This terrace is part of a single build with Nos. 2, 3, and 4 Park Row and is associated with the planned industrial community of Eagley Bank, linked to the Chadwick's Eagley Mills complex.
