Description
32 and 34 Park Row are a pair of terraced houses built around 1830 to 1840. They are constructed from coursed and squared stone and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have a two-window range, consisting of two single-unit, double-pile plan dwellings. The doorways have moulded architraves with overlights, and there are wide ground-floor windows, which may have been inserted or replaced original shop windows. The first floor has two sash windows, and there is a plain wood eaves cornice along the top. The houses have end wall stacks. The interior has not been inspected. These houses are part of the planned industrial community of Eagley Bank, which was built in connection with Chadwick's Eagley Mills.
