Description
This is a row of three houses located at 2, 3, and 4 Park Row, built around 1830 with later 19th-century extensions. The houses are constructed from coursed and squared watershot stone and feature a slate roof. The original pair consists of two stories and has two windows, while the later cottage to the left has a single window. The windows have been renewed in their original openings and all have wedge lintels. The doorways have plain architraves, and there are end wall stacks. The interior has not been inspected. This terrace is part of a symmetrical grouping with Nos 6-10 and 12A Park Row and is associated with the planned industrial community of Eagley Bank, developed by the Chadwicks in connection with their Eagley Mills complex.
