Description
Firwood Mews is a stable block that has been converted into a row of five houses, dating from the late 18th century. The building is constructed of brick on a stone plinth and features a stone flagged roof.
The exterior is two storeys high and has a six-window range, with bulls eye windows on the first floor of the eastern elevation. Each doorway is flanked by a window, which has been renewed in earlier openings as pivoting windows. The stone sills and lintels are plain. The rear elevation is similar, featuring plain overlights above plank doors, two bulls eye windows, and three dormer windows. There are also four glazed vents in the roof. The interior has not been inspected.
