Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on Higher Lane in Lymm. It is constructed of brown brick, with a Flemish bond pattern on the front facade and an English garden wall bond on the sides, topped with a grey slate roof and flush gable chimneys. The house presents a symmetrical three-window front, arranged over two storeys. The front door consists of six raised and fielded panels, set within a simple wooden doorcase beneath a rubbed brick basket arch. There are twelve-pane recessed sash windows in openings with wedge lintels and projecting stone cills. The interior has not been inspected.
