Former farmhouse (attached to west side of Bewsey Old Hall q.v.), mid and late C18 altered probably mid C19. Brown brick, English garden wall bond to south front, Flemish bond to north; grey slate roof with 1 gable chimney and 1 ridge chimney, both C19, each with 3 separated diagonal flues. South front of 2 storeys has 3 main windows (4-pane 2-light under slightly cambered skewback heads) and half-glazed early C20 door in shouldered architrave of stone.

2-storey English garden wall bond brick leanto on west end has blocked doorway with oak lintel to south and 2 2-light 4-pane sashes and a boarded door, all under arched skewback heads, to west. The rear (north) has 3 windows (1 in leanto) to each storey, 5 having 3 lights and 6 panes. A blocked window opening of vertical proportions to each storey at east end. Interior. A basket-arched opening with moulded timber case in hall; a doorway with shouldered architrave to right front room.
