Description

Hatton Hall is a T-shaped farmhouse, with evidence of 17th-century work in the rear wing and a front section dating to around 1830. The front facade is constructed of brown brick in a Flemish bond pattern, featuring a plain plinth, rusticated false lintels, and a stucco cornice. It is three storeys high, with a three-window arrangement. The lower two storeys have paired twelve-pane sash windows, the third-floor bedrooms have paired six-pane sashes, and the landings have single sashes. The front door consists of eight fielded panels. A ridge chimney opposite the front door on the rear wing indicates a former lobby-entrance plan. The rear wing, which is rendered (likely mid-20th century), has a six-panel door and altered windows. Both wings have grey slate roofs with flush gable chimneys. Inside the rear wing, there are several oak beams, including one forked beam; the front wing lacks features of particular interest.
