Description

The Feathers Public House is located at 94 Bridge Street, on the corner of Friars Gate. It was built around 1900 and features red brick with dressed stone. The building stands three storeys tall, with dormers. The ground floor has round and segmental arched windows, which are accented by large keystones. On the upper floors, there are two two-storeyed oriel windows, each topped with a parapet and containing three sash windows in moulded cases. The top floor is adorned with scroll ornamentation above the windows, and there is a cornice at the top supported by modillions.
