Description

The terrace walls, piers, and railings at St. Paul's Health Centre were built in the late 19th century. They are made of stone and cast iron. The walls feature banded rustication that is battered towards the street, with steps leading up to the terrace. This terrace is enclosed by metal railings that have an original design. The piers are moulded and capped, and they include metal lamp standards.
