Description

The Laburnums is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the early 20th century. It features a roughcast exterior on brick and a slate roof with coped gables and gable-end stacks. The building has three storeys and three bays, with later single storey shop additions on both gable ends. The entrance includes a 20th century half glazed door with three vertical panels and a plain overlight above. Most of the windows are replacement 3-light flush casements at all levels. The interior has not been inspected.
