Description
Bank House is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of brown brick in English garden-wall bond, sitting on a rendered plinth, and features a slate roof with a brick stack at the right end. The building is a single storey with an attic and has a two-bay front. To the right, there is a half-glazed door next to a 3-light small-pane casement window. A single gabled dormer contains a squat 3/3 sash window. Inside, there is a baffle entry with stone walls framing an inglenook firebeam, exposed ceiling beams, and doors with two and four panels.
