Description
This is an L-shaped range of farm buildings dating from the early 19th century, located 25 meters behind Gatesheath Hall in Golborne Bellow. The buildings are constructed of orange brick in English garden wall bond and feature a Welsh slate roof with stone-coped gables. The north range includes a shippon with a hay loft above, and the lower entrances have segmental brick heads. There is a circular pitch hole with a stone sill, situated above a line of diamond-pattern ventilation holes. A driftway is located in the angle of the L-shape. The east range mirrors the north range and has two circular pitch holes above, along with a flight of external stone steps against the south gable. These buildings are listed for their group value only.
