Description

This is a cottage, with visible features dating to the later 19th century, built for Rowland Egerton Warburton. The exterior is pebbledashed with a clay tile roof. It has leaded windows, including one of a single light and one with four small brick-mullioned lights on the lower floor. A gabled dormer window, characteristic of the Arley estate, features a five-light brick-mullioned window with a thick brick label and projecting brown brick diapering with plaster panels. A central ridge chimney is present. The entrance is located at the rear. The interior was not inspected.
