Description

This is a mid 19th-century house located adjacent to Well House Antiques. It is constructed from rendered brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with some additions at the rear. The windows are recessed sashes with glazing bars and tile cills. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door set within doorcases that have moulded pilasters, topped with a four-pane fanlight beneath a flat canopy.
