Description

Hollybush Farm is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of brown English garden wall bond brick, topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic. The entrance front features three bays, with the front door positioned slightly to the right of center. On either side of the door are three-light cambered-head horizontal sliding sash windows. The first floor has similar windows to the left and right, along with a two-light horizontal sliding window above the front door.

On the left side, there is one window with three sliding lights on the ground floor and a similar window on the first floor, along with a two-light window in the attic. The rear of the farmhouse includes a late 19th-century outshut at ground floor level, located to the left of center, which has a late 19th-century casement window to the left. The right side features a three-light horizontal sliding sash window on the ground floor with a straight lintel, a one-light 20th-century casement window to the right of center, and a three-light horizontal sliding sash window with a cambered head on the first floor, along with a similar two-light window in the attic.
