Description
The Mews is a building that was originally used as stables for Park House and has been converted into garages with accommodation above. It dates from the late 17th century and has undergone alterations and additions. The structure features a brick nogged timber frame topped with a machine tile roof. It is single storey with an attic, measuring 18 panels long and 6 panels wide. The small framing includes passing braces, and there are some replaced timbers along with 20th-century brick nogging. The windows consist of flush casements with glazing bars, and there is one cast-iron lozenge window in the north-east gable. The roof includes a raking dormer and other roof lights. An addition of accommodation at the south-west gable is of no particular interest.
