Description

Warwick House is a three-storey building dating from the mid-18th century, though it incorporates an earlier timber-frame structure. It was likely constructed after the Great Fire of 1583. The exterior is roughcast, and features 18th-century sash windows, moulded wooden eaves, and tiled roofing. A doorway also dates from the 18th century, while the shop fronts are modern. The building has undergone alterations over time. It forms a group with numbers 12, 18, 20, 20A, 22 to 28 (even).
