Description

The former stables of Calveley Hall date from the mid-19th century. Constructed of whitened brickwork with a slate roof, the building comprises eleven stables, each featuring half-heck doors. The structure includes a hay loft, extending to two storeys and illuminated by timber hopper light windows to the stables and four pitch holes to the hay loft. The ridge retains the remains of three louvred ventilators. The building is listed for group value only.
