Description
This boundary stone, dating from 1849, is located at the junction of the civil parishes of Bosley, Sutton, and Wincle. It is made of red sandstone and has a triangular shape with a rounded top. The letter "B" for Bosley and the year "1849" are incised on the south side, while the letter "S" for Sutton and "1849" are on the north-west side, and the letter "W" for Wincle and "1849" are on the north-east side.
