Description

The boundary stone located at the junction of Wincle and Sutton civil parishes dates back to 1849. It has a rectangular shape with a semi-circular top. On one side, it is inscribed with "S" for Sutton and the year 1849, while the opposite side features "W" for Wincle along with the same year. This stone is situated at the south-east corner of a former quarry.
