Description

No. 50 West Street is an early 19th-century red brick house that stands two storeys high. The front features four sash windows with single glazing bars, two stone string courses, an eaves cornice, and a slate roof. However, the side facing the street has been altered by a modern projecting bay at the ground storey, which includes shop fronts. The rear elevation, which overlooks the garden, has four sash windows with glazing bars and a canted bay at the ground storey, along with a moulded stone eaves cornice and a blocking course.
