Description

44 West Street is an early 19th-century building, although its core may be older. It is constructed of russet brick and has two storeys. The front features three small-paned iron casement windows. On the ground floor, there is one casement window and two sash windows, one of which does not have glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a simple wooden doorcase with a ledged door. The building has plain eaves and is topped with a slate roof.
