Description
The Wharf Inn is a public house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and stands two storeys tall. The building features three sash windows on the upper floor, each with flat brick arches, and two sash windows on the ground floor. At the center, there is a moulded wood pilaster doorcase topped with an open pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panelled door, with steps leading up to it. The eaves are plain, and the building has gabled ends, covered with slate roofing.
