Description
This building, located at No. 14 Cliff Road in Ryhope, is a house that has been converted into an office. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and features a pebbledashed render exterior with ashlar dressings. The roof is made of Welsh slate and has rendered and brick chimneys. The building stands two storeys high and has two windows. There are two steps leading up to a central door that has been renewed and is situated under a bracketed hood. The sash windows, which also have glazing bars, feature projecting stone sills and have been renewed. The end chimneys are rendered with brick cornices and tapered square yellow pots.
