Farmhouse. Dated 1744 on lintel at ground floor left with initials G and ET. Coursed squared sandstone; steeply-pitched roof of Welsh slate with 2 end and one central corniced brick chimneys. Large quoins. 2 storeys, 5 bays. 3 narrow bays at left contain square windows on both floors with wide flat stone lintel to ground floor and to 6-panel part-glazed door at right, with shallow oblong fanlight and moulded jambs, in plain reveals. Initials G and ET on lintel. 2 wider bays at right have square windows on both floors under timber lintels. Window to left of door C20. Other windows sashes with late C18 glazing bars.
