Description
This building is an early 19th-century clinic, originally listed as Woodlands, located on Yarm Lane in Stockton on Tees. It is a two-storey structure featuring three windows, designed as a square early Victorian villa. The east side has a recessed two-window wing. The building is constructed of brick, with narrow corner piers and pilaster framing around the central windows. It has a hipped slate roof adorned with paired cut brackets at the eaves. The sash windows have raised surrounds with marginal glazing. There are two ground floor bays, each with cornices and blocking courses, flanking what was once the central entrance, which is now a window. An entrance annexe has been added to the west. The building is painted in a bright colour scheme of white, blue, and yellow, which extends to the east, west, and rear sides.
