Rose Terrace is an 18th-century building, likely constructed of brick but currently rendered. It features a high-pitched, swept pantiled roof with brick copings and has chimneys at both the center and ends. The building stands two storeys tall and consists of two bays. Although it has a modern central door and modern windows, these are set within the original openings.
