Description
This is a late 18th-century house that has been divided into two dwellings, named Evenwood and Evenwood Cottage. The house is constructed of pinkish brick with a pantiled roof. It is two storeys high and originally had three bays, although the appearance is now described as irregular. Some windows are sash windows, while others are modern casements.
