Description
Favell Rose Farmhouse is a long range building with 18th century outer parts, one of which serves as the residence, and 19th century infill. It is constructed of red brick, with the 19th century section being larger in size. The roofs are covered with pantiles, and there is an end chimney on the house part. The building has two storeys, featuring a three bay house and three and four bay outbuildings that step down in height. Stone lintels and cills are present above the later sash windows. The entrance includes a modern door with an oblong fanlight set in a small gabled wooden porch. The barn section has small openings with boarded shutters and a Dutch door. Additionally, there is a horse engine house located behind the barn.
