Description

This is a mid-18th century cottage, with a later build phase. It is constructed of brick, with a clay pantile roof featuring a stone ridge and gable coping. A renewed brick stack is located on the left end. The cottage has a single storey and originally three windows, although the windows are now replacements, set within the original openings. A renewed boarded door is situated in a reduced opening between the second and third windows. A ridge stack is also present. The two-bay left return has similar windows. A rear extension is not of architectural significance. The building is included on the register for its group value.
