Description
This is an early to mid-18th century pair of cottages, originally built in two phases, and now combined into a single dwelling. The cottages are constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a renewed clay pantile roof and brick gable copings. Brick stacks have been rebuilt, one at the right end and another on the rear slope. The two-storey front has two windows. A mid-20th century door is located in the original, slightly off-centre opening. The ground floor has renewed sash windows, while the first floor windows are horizontal sashes with glazing bars, the one on the left being renewed. The single-bay right return has sash windows with 16 panes; the ground floor window has been renewed. A single-storey pent roof rear extension has been added.
