Description
This is a group of three headstones located 10 meters south-southwest of the Old Church of St Germain, dating from the early 18th century. They are made of sandstone and each stands approximately 0.5 meters high.
The first headstone is about 10 meters from the church tower and features relief decoration of a vine scroll enclosing an hourglass at the top on the east side, along with an eroded inscription in large letters that clearly reads the date 26 October 1729. The west side displays a relief carving of a skull and bones, accompanied by another inscription.
The second headstone is situated 1 meter southwest of the first and is made of grey sandstone, characterized by a straight head and moulded top corners.
The third headstone is located 2 meters west of the second and is adorned with four large scrolls at the top, with an inscription dated 1731.
